If the touch screen has failed, (and it is VERY common) no amount of resets -hard, soft or otherwise will fix it. You'll need to replace the touch screen. You will probably not see anything on CUE about a software update as due to some problems Cadillac is not sending a lot of over the air software update. The software update is 22.10 and service should be aware of it by now.I purchased a touch screen from Cue Screens for $139 and had it installed by an car audio place for $275 in August. It's been working great ever since. It's not the entire CUE system--it's a faulty touch screen. Cadillac wants you to purchase the entire CUE system ($1500-$2000) so they can slip the old out and the new in.
